About the role : Subject matter Expert (DSA Track)
Key responsibilities would involve a mix of the following:
- The obsession to serve our learners - Our focus is to ensure our learners understand the concepts and applications in-depth. To achieve this you would be required to help them by :
- Doubt Resolution for DSA concepts.
- Engage in Slack discussions around Problem discussions and doubt resolutions.
- Required to be available from Monday to Saturday (Flexible on weekends)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Data Structures and Algorithms topics like Strings, Arrays, Stacks, Queues, Linked Lists, Binary Tree, Sorting, Searching, Dynamic Programming, Greedy, Graphs, etc
- Good communication skills to explain any doubts on these topics.
- Strong in Problem Solving.
- Required to be active on the Scaler platform for a minimum of 6 hrs.
Eligibility Criteria
No job experience is needed. Have to be strong in the above requirements.
Duration of an Internship:
3 months
Payment Terms:
Fixed pay of 40k/month + Bonus
Bonus: If the SME intern resolves >750 requests in a month with average ratings above 4.8, he is eligible for the bonus.
750-800 requests - 5% bonus on fixed amount
>800 requests - 8% bonus on fixed amount
Working Hours:
An SME would require to devote 7-8 hrs a day (6 days a week).
Interview Process:
- Online Coding Test
- Technical Round (45 mins)
- Behavioural Round (15 mins)
